Learning to live in Akron, OH can be intimidating. The International Welcome Center (IWC) is here to help. Through the power of friendship, the International Welcome Center's Resettlement Services will provide volunteers to help with many of life’s everyday challenges. For most refugees and immigrants, transportation is the greatest challenge they encounter as they settle their families. The IWC will provide transportation to and from the IWC for training as well as to job interviews, doctor appointments and visits to obtain licenses or basic utilities.
